Being from Gujarat, ethnic food has played a significant role in my life, and as I grew up, I thought to make it more and more accessible. I have led many paid marketing campaigns for renowned brands, which has contributed to the success of both brands and my own channels. In August 2019, I got the idea to explore the hidden gems of Saurashtra and bring them to the eyes of people. I love traveling, which has helped me create travel and ethnic food-focused YouTube channels, where I post high-quality and tasty ethnic recipes from around the world. I have traveled to many countries and around India while covering fantastic mouth-watering recipes for my 500k subscribers on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

About Eat & Drive

Eat&Drive is a YouTube channel focused on bringing hidden gems to the limelight by covering them exclusively and providing end-to-end recipes that anyone can try. When I decided to devote my full-time to this channel and go full-fledged in content creation and marketing for food and travel in August 2019, I started with mere 29k subscribers on the channel. Today, Eat&Drive alone has more than 500k subscribers, while I have traveled to multiple cities and countries, covering the authentic and hidden regional recipes. Sometime back, I also started Eat In Street, a dedicated channel to cover exciting street food dishes around the world, and currently, it has over 49k subscribers. This channel aims to uncover high-quality and lesser-known street food items at the places where I travel.
